The ABC Summer Block Party is hitting the road with a six-market mobile pilot screening tour giving guests the opportunity to get a first look at some of ABC’s highly anticipated new fall shows including “Blood & Oil,” and “Quantico” as well as a special preview of “The Muppets.” The tour will kick off at CMA Music Festival in Nashville with additional stops at the Chicago Navy Pier, Detroit Riverdays, Milwaukee Summerfest, San Diego County Fair and the California State Fair in Sacramento. In addition, screening attendees will also receive free premium items such as “Blood & Oil” hats, “Quantico” t-shirts and “The Muppets” pins (while supplies last).
All screenings will take place inside the Cinetransformer which is a 91-seat mobile cinema housed in a 53-foot double-expandable trailer that replicates every facet of a movie theater experience.

The Muppets return to primetime with a contemporary, documentary-style show. For the first time ever, a series will explore the Muppets’ personal lives and relationships, both at home and at work, as well as romances, breakups, achievements, disappointments, wants and desires. This is a more adult Muppet show, for “kids” of all ages.
Bill Prady (“The Big Bang Theory”) and Bob Kushell (“Anger Management”) are co-writers and executive producers. Randall Einhorn (“Wilfred”), Bill Barretta, Debbie McClellan and Kyle Laughlin are also executive producers. “The Muppets” is produced by ABC Studios and The Muppets Studio.

Billy and Cody Lefever dream of a new life beyond their working class roots and move to “The Bakken” in North Dakota, booming after the biggest oil discovery in American history.
