'Bates Motel' Back For 2 More Seasons!

Coming off the pretty awesome'Bates Motel' Season 3 finale that recently aired on A&E. Comes some great news for fans! A&E has renewed the series for not ONE but two seasons.

The series follows the story that precedes the events based upon the classic 1960's movie 'Psycho'.
Telling the story of Norman Bates and his mother Norman living in Oregon while trying to run a hotel. Following the death of his father we see how Norman is slowly giving into his split personality disorder, which is the main focus of the prequel film "Bates Motel".

The series will have a 20-episode pickup, and ensures that co-creators Kerry Ehrin and Carlton Cuse will get to finish out what they have long billed as a five-season tale. However, A&E’s announcement stopped short of declaring Season 5 the show’s last.
“The vision of our incredible creative team has exposed the steady breakdown of the relationship between Norman and Norma Bates,” said Rob Sharenow, Executive Vice President and General Manager of A&E. “We are thrilled to bring fans two more seasons to witness the next stages of Norman’s transformation into the most notorious psychopath in cinematic history.”

The series will be back in sometime in early 2016 for season 4, season five is expected to air in 2017.
