'The Walking Dead' Fall Premiere & Special 'Talking Dead'


Finally a premiere date has been announced! Rejoice fans... The Walking Dead is back this fall. The wait is almost over.


The series will return for it's sixth season on Sun. October 11 at 9pm e/p with an extended 90-minute episode.  As in previous seasons, the show’s sixth season of 16 episodes will air in two parts, with the first eight episodes kicking off October 11th  with the final eight returning February 2016. That's the worst part, right? The wait... for the return of such as awesome show! 

Following 'The Walking Dead' will be the season premiere of AMC's 'Talking Dead' hosted by Chris Hardwick (Nerdist) at 10:30 e/p.

A new season of “Comic Book Men” will debut the following week with two back-to-back episodes on Sun. Oct. 18 at midnight and at 12:30 am e/p.


Plus a very special event taking place in NYC “The Walking Dead” season six premiere event at Madison Square Garden in New York City this October.  The cast and executive producers will be on hand for a screening and panel discussion at The World’s Most Famous Arena.  For more information, visit here and sign up to be among the first to learn how to win tickets to attend.

The season premieres of “The Walking Dead” and “Talking Dead” will coincide with AMC’s Zombie Apocalypse Week, from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, October 11, as well as the network’s annual blockbuster marathon of thriller and horror films, AMC Fearfest.  Celebrating its 19th year, AMC Fearfest will feature themed programming and more than 60 films, running from Sunday, October 18 through Friday, October 31.
